Das Upgrade für die V-Strom DL1000 + DL1050
Unsere Vorstellung von einer mehr offroadtauglicheren V-Strom!
Das Kit HIGH SUSPENSION enthält alle notwendigen Bauteile für ein höheres Fahrwerk mit mehr Bodenfreiheit,
im Vergleich zur Serie längere Federwege vorn und hinten,
spezielle Platten für das Umlenkhebelsystem mit neuer Progressionskurve
-> und natürlich ein völlig neues und individuelles, offroadtaugliches Setup deiner V-Strom!
Die Bodenfreiheit steigt von original 165mm +30mm auf 195mm.
Das Fahrwerk ist Vorraussetzung für den Einbau von 21"-18" Rädern, um deren nötigen Freigang zu gewähleisten.
Mit 21"-18" Rädern steigt die Bodenfreiheit auf 220mm.
Sitzhöhe +30mm, mit 21"-18" Rädern +55mm

DL1000 - alle Modelle ab Baujahr 2014
DL1050 - alle Modelle ab Baujahr 2020

LIEFERUMFANG

1x Gabelumbau DEINER Telegabel.
Die Telegabel wird durch uns geändert, verlängert und und mit mehr Federweg (160mm original - 195mm High Suspension) ausgestattet, passend auf Fahrer und Einsatzzweck abgestimmt.
Dazu werden neue Gabelfedern verbaut, das Shim-Setup angepasst und die Cartridge (länger) und Hydrostop umgebaut.
Die Telegabel muss dafür nicht zwingend zu uns eingesendet werden, der Umbau ist auch von einem Fachmann zu bewerkstelligen, der die Cartridge aus der Gabel ausbauen und die danach geänderte Cartridge in die Telegabel wieder einbauen kann.
Dieser Arbeitsaufwand ist bei Anlieferung der Gabel natürlich inklusive!

1x Federbein Wilbers "HRT Rallye"
Das Federbein ist länger und mit mehr Federweg (160mm original - 200mm High Suspension) ausgestattet, passend auf Fahrer und Einsatzzweck abgestimmt, in der Ausführung Wilbers Typ 641 Competition Ø 46 mm mit schlauchverbundenem Ausgleichsbehälter, mit Einstellung von Zugstufe (22 fach), Druckstufe (Highspeed, Lowspeed, je 22 fach) und Federvorspannung.
Auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis kann eine andere Farbe der Feder gewählt werden (Standard ist blau oder schwarz).
Auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis kann eine Hydraulische Federvorspannung gewählt werden.

HRT Hebelplatten DESERT EXPRESS
Für das Fahrwerk Deiner V-Strom haben wir neue Platten für das Hebelsystem entwickelt, welche zusammen mit dem original Zughebel der V-Strom Umlenkung verwendet werden.
Im Ergebnis bekommt Deine V-Strom eine veränderte Progressionskurve der Hinterradfederung, welche deutlich besseres Ansprechverhalten und höhere Durchschlagsicherheit kombiniert.

DESERT EXPRESS Kettenführungsschiene unten
Allgemein gilt : Wird das Heck weiter angehoben, dann steht in jedem Fall die Schwinge steiler, die Kette benötigt dabei deutlich mehr Durchhang als bei der originalen Schwingenposition.
Dadurch schleift die Kette am Ausleger des Hauptrahmens.
Unsere schlaue Kettenführung verhindert das!
Einfach anzubauen in vorhandenen Bohrungen - wie auf dem Foto zu sehen!
Schützt den Rahmen und führt die Kette, weniger Kettenschläge im Antrieb!

WICHTIG
Dieses Fahrwerk kann ohne zusätzliche Änderungen in Deine V-Strom 1000-1050 verbaut werden und funktioniert selbstverständlich auch sehr gut mit den serienmäßigen 19-17-Zoll Rädern.

Our idea of an more off-road capable V-Strom
The HIGH SUSPENSION kit contains all necessary components for a higher chassis -
with more ground clearance and a completely new and customized setup of your V-Strom (this kit contains no wheels!)
-> and of course a completely new and individual, off-road compatible setup of your V-Strom!
The ground clearance increase from original 165mm +30mm to 195mm.
The chassis is a prerequisite for the installation of 21 "-18" wheels to ensure their necessary clearance.
If you want, you can add to this version the 21-18 inch wheel set.
In that case the ground clearance increases to 220mm

1x front forks conversion (based on your forks).
The forks will be customized by us, we use extended tubes with more suspension travel (160mm original to 195mm High Suspension),
For this purpose, new fork springs are installed, the shim setup is adjusted and the cartridge (longer) and hydrostop are converted.
The telescopic fork does not necessarily have to be sent to us, the conversion must also be carried out by a specialist who can remove the cartridge from the fork and reinstall the modified cartridge in the telescopic fork.
This workload is of course included when the fork is delivered!

For the chassis of your V-Strom, we have developed new plates for the lever system, which are used together with the original pull lever of your V-Stroml.
As a result, your V-Strom gets a different progression curve of the rear suspension, which combines much better response and higher penetration safety.

DESERT EXPRESS Chain Guide Lower
In general, the following applies: If the rear is raised further, the swing arm is steeper in any case, the chain requires significantly more sag than with the original swing arm position.
This causes the chain to rub against the boom of the main frame.
Our clever chain guide prevents this!
